Survival and Succession Through Difficult Times
Sales and Account Management are both activities which rely heavily on personal, face to face interaction. In the current -19 world, this is just not possible. At the same time, many businesses are focusing on simply staying in business – which can create opportunities but is more likely to result in a desire to change little and focus on keeping things the same. In truth, it is a tough time to be in sales and account management.
Having joined idc relatively recently, Carly has worked extremely hard to build relationships with her new portfolio of accounts and customers. Not only this but she has been successful in winning her first piece of new business in the past month, which, in these difficult times is no mean feat. She does it all with a level of enthusiasm and joie de vivre which is very welcome in the current difficult climate. Well done Carly and congratulations
