Our expert meat specialist team has sourced local butchers across the UK to provide superb quality, locally produced meat to our customers. We look for BRC, EFSIS and SALSA accreditation, a passion to deliver the very best and a desire to work with us and our customers in developing menus and optimising buying choices.
And we do mean local – we pride ourselves on an average of no more than 40 miles per delivery.
We are always happy to offer development kitchens for chef workshops, meat awareness days, menu development and butchery training. Nothing makes us happier than to host demonstrations, suggest recipe ideas and to bring our suppliers and customers together to share expertise.
We work closely with expert fishmongers, achieving an average of no more than 60 miles per delivery and offering an excellent ‘port to plate’ service.
