We love recognising one of our team when they do that #LittleBitMore and this month it’s Katie’s turn in the spotlight.

We monitor customer satisfaction a number of ways, including regular NPS email surveys. One of last week’s verbatim comments included a very rare name-check: “Katie from IDC has been brilliant at sorting out any questions or issues for us”. Top job, Katie!

Katie was promoted to Head of Customer Service at the beginning of the year and this shows exactly why! #customersatisfaction
